Domestic Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders! Standard delivery times are 3 - 5 business days
International Shipping:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 on all international orders. Depending on an order’s final destination, we expect delivery to take between 5 - 10 business days. On occasion, parcels may be held up in customs which can lead to delays in delivery.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. ITSKINS is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

All ITSKINS products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. This lifetime warranty is honoured for all ITSKINS products that have been purchased directly from us or through our Authorized Retailers. A mere 11 days after my purchase on August 20, 2025, with the ITSKINS case firmly attached by the store to my brand new Samsung Galaxy Flip 7 FE, the phone accidentally fell four feet to the totally flat surface with NO sharp object nearby. Two thin lines (horizonal and vertical) of color appeared on the phone, which was rendered 100% unusable. I cannot even power the phone off. A dark blob-like image covered one-half of my non-responsive home screen. A very tiny pinhole in the screen was the confluence of the two lines meeting.
I would think Samsung would want the phone back to find out why the new model did not survive, even with the ITSKINS shell secured firmly to the new phone. Also, ITSKINS would seemingly want the case back to learn why their product failed so miserably.
The only one seemingly interested in having the phone is Consumer Cellular's insurance company, which wants me to pay $249 for a replacement phone, or (worse) a refurbished phone. That is nearly one-half of the amount the $600 new phone cost me 11 days earlier.
I will continue my efforts with Consumer Cellular to void my two-year contract of paying for the new phone AND insurance.
In the meantime, I caution others who are looking to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Flip 7 FE ... as well as the ITSKINS company whose product so horribly failed to protect my 11-day new phone.
It doesn’t mess with the phone’s foldability at all. Opens and closes smoothly.
Great protection, and it doesn’t add bulk perfect for someone always on the go like me.
The magnet system is way better than clips or snaps. Just feels secure.
Everything fits perfectly no weird gaps or loose spots. Definitely worth the price.
