Domestic Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders! Standard delivery times are 3 - 5 business days
International Shipping:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 on all international orders. Depending on an order’s final destination, we expect delivery to take between 5 - 10 business days. On occasion, parcels may be held up in customs which can lead to delays in delivery.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. ITSKINS is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Noticed a small crack it the hinge protector part a few days after I bought it and first time dropping it broke into 3 pieces. Still a great case.

Beautiful case
We got our cases today. I didn't realize they were hard plastic. There were instructions to put a tiny strip of protective film on the hinge, but the strip had no adhesive! Not even sure why it was needed, as case has a protective piece covering the hinge on our Flip 6 phones! I guess I'll see how they hold up! Warranty is for a lifetime, and I'll hold them to it! I had to trim my card holder, as fold protector slides down when open. There is no screen protector for the one side when it is closed, and phones are too new to have them yet! I'll be ordering when they come out.
